Settings → Brand takes a PNG, JPEG or SVG logo and hosts it for you, so there is no public URL to find first.
The brand kit's logo used to be a URL you had to host somewhere. Now you upload the file and Rasket hosts it, and every template that uses the kit picks it up. The same upload is available through the API and both SDKs.
