scheduled_at accepts phrases like "in 2 hours" and "tomorrow at 9am" as well as an ISO 8601 timestamp.
Alongside ISO 8601, scheduled_at now takes "in <duration>", "tomorrow", "today at <time>" and a weekday with an optional time, read as UTC. The time you asked for also comes back on the email when you fetch it.
