One account pays for every project, with one card and one invoice, and each project can have its own spend cap.
An account now holds your card, one subscription and one invoice for all of your projects, and its own page adds their usage together. Every project keeps its own dashboard and meter, and a monthly spend cap on one project pauses only that project's sending when it is reached.
