Inbox mailboxes on every plan

Every plan now includes Inbox mailboxes — one on Free, three on Pro, five on Scale — with each extra at $5 a month.
Your first mailbox is free: Free includes one, Pro three and Scale five, shared or personal, and each one after that is $5 a month. There is no longer a trial or a card to start, and adding a card raises how much a mailbox can send each day.
